If Ubisoft was smart they would give the free upgrade to those who already have it. So most will be waiting for the 2015-16 version. Most who already own this simply won't repurchase it. This is probably why you haven't seen many reviews. It's odd since most other publishers have done this. It is terribly disappointing that Ubisoft won't give a free upgrade for those who already have 2014 on 360. A stereo/other sound system is probably still recommended if you don't want a cheap electric sound from your Xbox One console, as you practice.

I've found that Ubisoft really does try to listen to and provide products to their customers based on demand rather than making another buck (cough, EA, cough).
